STUDENTdirect (Letter of Intent)

To whom it may concern,

I am a representative of the STUDENTdirect community, a result of the STUDENTdirect Charitable Foundation. The purpose of STUDENTdirect is to serve as the source of information for students and their community. Our goal is to inform students and their community about the opportunities and resources available to them in their surrounding areas. We look forward in reaching out to the student population in providing information about grants, scholarships, internships, study abroad programs, fellowships, etc. We serve to cater to the needs and interests of students.

At the current moment, we operate a site, mySTUDENTdirect "Students who shape the future", content is published weekly. We are looking to expand the content published on this site. Through the STUDENTdirect community, we are able to provide opportunities for many students to take part in this.

Our team provides such opportunities to students in the following: Multi-media, Photography, Graphic Design, and Writing. STUDENTdirect is made possible with the dedication and well recognized work of students and their communities working together as a unit. For students this is an opportunity to get real field experience as well a chance to connect with their local resources while still attending school. If they have not already, this is a great step forward in creating/ adding to their portfolio (resume).
