Before we were incorporated as the STUDENTdirect Charitable Foundation in November 2012 these were the minutes and reportings leading up to the Foundation's incorporation. The STUDENTdirect Charitable Foundation was initiated as a charity of STUDENT direct Corporation and all its components. This process began in 2011, for the most part the non-profit aspect of STUDENTdirect was piloted in select colleges and high schools in the LA area.
