-Exceptional students DO NOT need 100 people
-It’s okay to ask for help.
-Don’t forget where the help comes from.
-It’s not a popularity contest, it’s an ongoing relationship.
-We are ATHLETES. Do not be ashamed of what we are. It’s who we are that is important.
-No one can prove ourselves wrong besides ourselves.
-Failing is one option
-Have choices; MUTUAL opportunity
-Team benefits if we benefit.
-Overcoming peers and friends helps us talk to older people.
-ALL fundraisers should be put out on Facebook/ public page
-College service hours will help by telling stories. If told to the right people, it can grow.
-ATHLETES vs. POPULAR kids
-Press release: show story, accessibility, stories of program that benefitted, skills needed for jobs or college
-Some things may not make sense now but will benefit later
-Facts tell a story and tells something about yourself
-People will remember: personal records (1st best & most current)
-We should have a choice where you can choose to pick whose money we get.
-Opportunity for their name to be branded.
