Alpha Gamma Sigma hosted their "Bowling Night" fundraiser on May 9, 2012. This event was done in order to raise funds for the purpose of Alpha Gamma Sigma of Glendale Community College. They are an organization that focuses on academics.

Each semester, they raise funds for their scholarship program. They are also involved in the community through service projects. Their mission is to assist students with transfering to a four year university.

They encourage students entering college to be a part of Alpha Gamma Sigma for a learning experience, as well they want others to know that they are there to lend a helping hand.

We spoke with the President of AGS at the event, and this is what he had to say, " So far it has been a great turn out. We hope everyone comes to support the cause and have a fun time doing it." George Skriabin, Alpha Gamma Sigma President (Glendale Community College).
