Endorsing: Cameron Coe for STUDENTdirect Charitable Foundation

Posted by STUDENTdirect International™ on August 13, 2015 at 3:25 AM

Addressed to the Board: My endorsement for Cameron Coe as STUDENTdirect Charitable Foundation's youngest Chief Executive Officer.

Cameron Coe is an individual who is responsible, organized, analytical, and reserved. He volunteered to pre-intern with the organization in the latter of 2014. During the duration of his pre- internship he has brought so much to the non-profit organization, STUDENTdirect Charitable Foundation. Not only did he play a key role in strategizing and implementing the functionality of the org's marketing goals, but also the policies that would help the organization operate more efficiently for 2015 content creation.

For him to take on such a large responsibility as to outline the marketing functionality of content created by the organization, I needed to have absolute trust in him, of which I did due to his morale compass and his utter devotion to his principles. To say the least this trust was never misplaced, through his constant research and analysis we were able to better execute the sponsorship/ partnership structure of the Halloween Do-OVER Event which would serve as a case study for future events and organizers.

While Cameron Coe was pre-interning for the STUDENTdirect Charitable Foundation via STUDENTdirect Productions, I remember clearly he was involved in a variety of activities. I always mentioned to him how for anyone it would be too much to manage in a semester, but nevertheless he did. I am amazed in how he is able to manage his academics, afterschool activities, sports, and pre-internship.

Whenever in conversation with high school or college students Cameron is always an example and to me he exemplifies what hard working and diligent students can achieve. Consequently one could not describe the amount of energy and time Cameron Coe exerted on the organization's behalf. Due to his involvement the Board of Directors were confident in my ability to administer the non-profit's new direction in media- content creation as a way to provide an extended curriculum to educators.

This confidence was not misplaced as such productions built a forum between high school and college students, further partnerships and relations with the Rotary International, Kiwanis International, Lions International, the Fraternal Order of Eagles, and other reputable organizations. Some of the productions that Cameron Coe was involved with in which he was vital to the team are listed, to learn more click the link: Halloween Do-OVER, Zero to 60, ETRP, the Narrative Dance Company, Beauty Boys, #TeamRuxyFTW, I Should Be On TV

This success would not have been possible without his commitment and his passion, I've noticed most of our partners joined our campaign to better advocate to the youth through arts because of how devoted he was to the campaign and his sincerity to the cause.

In the duration of his pre-internship he served as a marketing consultant for a variety of STUDENTdirect Productions, as a representative of Initiating Community Action helping establish new relations, as an event coordinator with MECA Entertainment to help produce the Halloween Do-OVER Event, as a general member of the Multi Ethnic Cultural Association doing his part to promote diversity in all that we did, and as a valued member of STUDENTdirect International to improve communication amongst our international chapters. Not only did he meet with the Board of Directors, but also members of our production units, as well as the various STUDENTdirect Officers and community partners the Foundation is affiliated with. What I am most pleased with Mr. Coe is what came of his efforts, STUDENTdirect Productions in the way it currently operates, the type of productions it selects to produce, how content is marketed, and how students can be engaged and build their resume by being involved in such efforts. I credit this due to his diligence in advocating the need for better coordination and marketing. In summary his efforts have led to the culmination of STUDENTdirect Productions that operates by managing and absorbing multiple production units under one brand to better produce and market content; he is every part of the reason we exist.

As I prepare the Foundation in a series of campaigns to raise public support and awareness and as I work with our international network, I am reminded of all of Cameron Coe's accomplishments in behalf of the STUDENTdirect Charitable Foundation which not only benefits the non-profit but also the communities that it serves. In general, Cameron Coe's contributions were vital in the structuring of STUDENTdirect Productions and its components.

Sincerely,

Joshua Chit Tun
