STUDENTdirect, YoungINC.LA, and NDC meeting

The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the next steps logistically and financially for the YoungINC.LA, STUDENTdirect, and NDC event:

  • Kim discussed this event with Lynn
    • Lynn referred Kim to Bill Landrum
  • Rehearsal space
    • Thirteen, one and one half hour rehearsals are needed
      • Average cost is $780.00
      • Kim found a space that would accommodate for $325.00
        • Payment is needed in full
  • Venue is still in discussion
      • The Odyssey
        • Cost
          • $2,850.00 + $1,000.00 deposit + $300.00 for patio space after the show = $4,150.00
        • Logistics
          • Allows for preparation since allowed access at the beginning of the week
  • Crew cost
    • Stage manager: $100.00
    • Eight dancers: $1,600.00
  • Auditions: 08/11/2014, 4 PM-9PM, Glendale
    • Kim will head the auditions
    • Gary will assist him
    • Priority auditions slots will be given to those with a YoungINC.LA profile
  • First productions meeting: 08/14/2014, 12 PM-5 PM, Pasadena
  • STUDENTdirect Studios Glendale will be reserved every Monday between 08/11/2014-11/17/2014 between 6 PM-9 PM
  • JBM will secure the appropriate intellectual properties
  • Kim and Antezana will meet on Tuesday, August 5, 2014, at 6:00 PM to secure rehearsal venue at 730 S Glendale Ave, Glendale, CA
